Refund & Cancellation

At TravellingBuddyBus.ink, we aim to provide a transparent and fair cancellation process. Since we act as a facilitator, our refund policy is aligned with the standard operating procedures of our partner bus operators.

1. Standard Cancellation Charges

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following deductions will apply based on the time remaining before the scheduled departure:

Time of Cancellation Refund Percentage
More than 24 hours before departure 90% Refund
Between 12 to 24 hours before departure 50% Refund
Between 0 to 12 hours before departure No Refund

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please message our official WhatsApp desk at +91 85888 46667 with your ticket ID and the reason for cancellation. All refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

Important: Service charges or convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

3. Bus Cancellations by Operator

In the rare event that a bus is cancelled by the operator (due to mechanical failure or weather), we will provide you with two options:

If a passenger fails to arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before the departure time, it will be treated as a "No-Show." In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
