Welcome to TravellingBuddyBus.ink. By accessing our website or using our WhatsApp booking services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Role as a Facilitator:
TravellingBuddyBus.ink acts solely as an intermediary/facilitator between the traveler and the bus operator. We do not own or operate the buses ourselves. We assist in the booking process, seat selection, and ticket delivery via digital channels.
2. Booking and Ticket Issuance
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full ticket fare.
- Once confirmed, a digital ticket will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
- The ticket is valid only for the specific date, time, and route mentioned on the voucher.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Travelers are required to:
- Arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Carry a valid Government-issued ID card (Aadhar, PAN, or Passport).
- Provide an accurate WhatsApp number to receive travel updates.
4. Service Limitations
Since we are a facilitator, TravellingBuddyBus.ink is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failures of the bus.
- Loss or damage to personal luggage.
- Changes in seat allocation made by the bus operator due to operational reasons.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our platform or WhatsApp service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes. Any attempt to provide fake payment screenshots or harassment of our support staff will result in a permanent ban from our services.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
